Moldova to boost high-level dialogue with United Kingdom

Chisinau, 3 September /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu today received Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Moldova Steven Fisher, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service has reported.

The foreign affairs minister spoke out for boosting the high-level dialogue within the current formats, continuing the cooperation in sectoral fields, such as the environment, cyber security, diversification of commercial and economic relations and extending the bilateral cooperation in more sectors of mutual interest.

During the discussion with the British diplomat, Deputy PM Nicu Popescu also exchanged opinions on the issues dealing with the Transnistrian conflict.
