Moldovan, Romanian officials approach cooperation

Chisinau, 8 September /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, was received yesterday at the Cotroceni Palace by President of Romania Klaus Iohannis.
According to the MAEIE press service,Popescu highlighted the decision of the authorities to act in the spirit of the bilateral Strategic Partnership to speed up projects aimed at connecting Moldova with the European Union to bring concrete benefits to the entire society.
Popescu noted the desire to consolidate Romanian investments in the national economy and the government's commitment to create the necessary conditions for attracting foreign investment and improving the business environment.
Also, he conveyed all appreciation of the authorities for Romania's solidarity during the current coronavirus pandemic.
