New secretary general of Moldovan parliament

Chisinau,9 September /MOLDPRES/- Tamara Gheorghița was appointed Secretary General of the Parliament. Speaker Igor Grosu signed the order.
The new secretary has over 20 years of experience in human resource management, performance appraisal and employee recruitment. Also, Tamara Gheorghița has over 15 years of experience in public service reform, being involved in developing policies for human resources management.
In 2019, Tamara Gheorghița was the prime minister's adviser in public administration. She also worked in the State Chancellery, as head of department, deputy head of department and senior consultant. In 2015-2017, Gheorghița was a university lecturer at the Academy of Public Administration.
According to Parliament's Regulations, the Secretary-General is appointed by the speaker after consulting the standing bureau and approval of legal committee on rules and immunities.
