Access to public events to be allowed only with vaccination certificate, test or confirmation of presence of antibodies - CNESP

Chisinau, 9 September /MOLDPRES/- The Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health today established new rules for access to public events, following an increase in the number of serious cases of Covid-19 infection, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
Starting September 11, 2021, people over the age of 18 will have access to outdoor events, festivals, performance halls, concerts, as well as nightclubs with one of the following documents:
- the vaccination certificate against the SARS-CoV-2 virus with the complete vaccination schedule (on paper or in digital format). Proof of immunization is valid if at least 14 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;
- the negative result of an RT-PCR test performed no later than 72 hours before;
- the certified negative result of a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 48 hours;
- the confirmatory medical conclusion in the case of persons who have undergone COVID-19, in the period between the 15th and the 180th day (6 months) after the illness or a confirmatory act of the presence of anti-COVlD-19 antibodies. The confirmatory document shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the investigation.
CNESP established the state of public health emergency at national level from September 10, 2021 until October 30, 2021 and decided to set up alert at national level, a decision that imposes new measures to prevent and control COVID-19. At the local level, the extraordinary territorial commissions of public health will ensure the revision of all the approved decisions / instructions, bringing them in accordance with the decisions of the Extraordinary National Commission of Public Health, to date.
The text of the decision also stipulates that the National Transport Agency, jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to intensify the control of compliance with COVID-19 infection prevention and control measures in road transport of people in local, municipal, district, international traffic.
