Moldovan literary researcher's 100th birth anniversary

Chisinau, 10 September /MOLDPRES/- Today we mark the 100th birth anniversary of historian and literary researcher Efim Levit, PhD in philological sciences, Master of Literature, holder of the Labor Glory Order and winner of several literary awards.
He is one of the authors of the Romanian literature textbooks for cl. VIII-X. Member of the Writers' Union of Moldova (1975), Master of Literature (1998).
Decorated post-mortem with the Labor Glory Order and with the prize of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, for the monograph "Gheorghe Asachi. The novel of his life ”.
Efim Levit passed away on December 30, 2002, in Chisinau.
