As many as 746 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova

Chisinau, 13 September /MOLDPRES/- A number of 7,486 tests have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 746 new cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed, of which 599 among non-vaccinated people.18 out of these cases are import ones. As many as 275,558 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Moldova so far.

According to data by the Health Ministry, 17 are among medical employees (2- doctors, 13 medical assistants, 2 -auxiliary staff).

As many as 1,375 patients confirmed with COVID-19 are hospitalized in all, of whom 105 are in extremely serious condition and 10 patients are connected to mechanical ventilation.

In the context, 3,857 persons are treated at home with light and moderate forms of coronavirus and 16,010 are under supervision at home.

Another 443 people have been treated. As many as 263,202 people were treated of COVID-19 in all.

At the same time, MS informs about the registration of another 15 deaths triggered by COVID-19 and 6,536 people have died of coronavirus in all.
