Education ministry launched national competition -Youth Capital 2022

Chisinau, 15 September /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Education and Research today launched a competition to select the locality that will hold the status of Youth Capital 2022.

The competition involves the selection of a locality in which, during a year, the central and local public administration authorities, non-commercial organizations, international organizations and civil society will carry out activities to support young people.

The first level local public administration authorities, including those established in the Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit, and the second level local public administration authorities established in the municipality, except the municipality of Chisinau and the local public administration authorities holding the title, may apply to the Program.

The registration for the contest can be submitted online at the e-mail address: [email protected] until November 2, 2021, at 15:00.

In 2020-2021, the Youth Capital is Sipoteni locality from Călărași district. Previously, this title was held by Costești (Ialoveni district) and Cahul.
