Over 600 million lei collected by Customs Service last week

Chisinau, 20 September /MOLDPRES/- On September 13-19, revenues of the Customs Service to the state budget amount to about 610 million lei / about 30 million euros /, being made 12879 customs declarations.

According to the press service of the customs institution, last week the flow of means of transport was 67804 crossings, and the most transited customs posts were Leuseni and Sculeni.

During the same period, 185 violations of the customs legislation were found and fines worth over 164 thousand lei were applied. The most frequent violations refer to the exceeding of the term on the territory of the Republic of Moldova of the means of transport with foreign numbers, declared by action.
