National Theater Satiricus I.L. Caragiale opened season with show by Maxim Gorky

Chisinau, 20 September /MOLDPRES/- The XXXII season of the National Theater Satiricus I.L. Caragiale was opened last night with the premiere of the show Casa by Maxim Gorky, directed by Dumitru Acriș (Moscow).
According to director Dumitru Acriș, Casa by Maxim Gorky is a tough, unusual and, at the same time, emotional show.
In the opinion of the general director of the National Theater Satiricus I.L. Caragiale, Alexandru Grecu, the great drama of the Jeleznov family, although it was described by Maxim Gorky a century ago, is a living mirror of the realities of our days, of our so-called capitalist society. The show tells the story of a family.
