Chinese envoy ends mission in Moldova

Chisinau, 20 September /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration today met Chinese Ambassador to Moldova Zhang Yinghong, the MAEIE press service has reported.

"We appreciated the intense and dynamic development of relations between our countries during the six-year term. On this occasion, I thanked the Republic of Moldova for its assistance in combating the COVID-19 pandemic, " Nicu Popescu said.

At the same time, the Moldovan official expressed appreciation for the personal contribution that Ambassador Zhang Yinghong had during his term in the development of bilateral relations and wished him success in his future work.
