Moldova interested in concluding new cooperation agreements with Italy

Chisinau, 21 September /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Igor Grosu has met Italian Ambassador to Chisinau Lorenzo Tomassoni. The two officials discussed the possibility of concluding several collaboration agreements, as well as strengthening of bilateral interparliamentary relations, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.
Grosu expressed his interest in boosting bilateral parliamentary relations, including at the level of committees.
He also spoke about the priorities of the Legislature, including the reform of the judiciary and the fight against corruption: “We will have a pragmatic approach, without any hesitation in implementing these reforms, of investors to be a priority. "
The sides approached the signing in the near future of a Parliamentary Cooperation Agreement.
Grosu informed the Italian diplomat about the creation of the Parliamentary Friendship Group of the Republic of Moldova with the Italian Republic, whose head was elected PAS MP Galina Sajin.
