Activity of nightclubs in Chisinau, Balti to be stopped

Chisinau, 23 September /MOLDPRES/- The Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health will stop the activity of night clubs in the localities where 250 cases or more per 100 thousand inhabitants are registered, thus the measure is also applied in the municipalities of Chisinau and Balti.

According to the decision of the above-mentioned commission, from 1 October in the localities with a red alert threshold, the activities inside the nightclubs / discos will be stopped. Outdoor events such as shows, concerts and festivals also stop.

The activities inside the theaters, cinemas, concert halls, in closed and open spaces, will be organized at a capacity of 50% of the number of seats inside with the obligation for all visitors / customers to present the COVID-19 certificate at the entrance to the unit.

Covid-19 certificate means any of the following documents:

a) the vaccination certificate against COVID-19 with the complete vaccination schedule (on paper or in digital format); proof of immunization is valid if at least 14 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;

b) the medical conclusion confirming that the person has undergone COVID-19, in the period between the 15th day and the 180th day (6 months) or an act confirming the presence of anti-COVID-19 antibodies; the nominated confirmatory act is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the investigation;

c) the result of a diagnostic test for COVID-19 (rapid diagnostic test for AgSarsCoV-2 performed no more than 48 hours before or PCR test for COVID-19 performed no later than 72 hours before).

The red alert threshold is established in localities where the incidence of COVID-19 infection is 250 cases or more per 100 thousand inhabitants.
