Chisinau, 7 October /MOLDPRES/- Today, in a final reading, the Parliament approved two draft laws aimed at the social support of the citizens.

The first document provides for the amendment of the Enforcement Code of the Republic of Moldova. As a result, debtors will not be able to be evicted from their homes during the cold period of the year if they do not have another suitable home where they could move, during the declaration of a state of emergency, siege or war, as well as in the case of declaring a state of emergency in public health. At the same time, the list of assets and income of debtors, which cannot be traced, is extended.

What is the second project aimed at amending the law on the unitary salary system in the budget sector. Thus, 56 officials transferred to other positions, as a result of the reorganization of some ministries, will benefit from the payment of the salary difference, in case it will be lower than the average monthly salary calculated until the transfer.

The documents will enter into force on the date of publication in the Official Journal.
