Moldovan official journal roundup for today

Chisinau, 8 October /MOLDPRES/- The Official Journal today published the Government's decision on approving the structure of the Classifier of occupations in Moldova. It, as set out in the annex to the document, provides for the feminisation of functions.

According to the decision, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection will approve by order the Classifier of occupations in the Republic of Moldova at the level of occupation (six characters). "It is established that the Classifier of Occupations of the Republic of Moldova is applied in all areas of economic and social activity and is mandatory for all central and local public administration authorities, enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of type of ownership and form of legal organization, and other legal and natural persons who carry out their activity on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, when completing the official documents, whenever the indication of the occupation is required ”, the document reads.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will ensure, at the request of users, the updating of the Classifier of occupations in the Republic of Moldova, in accordance with the changes that occur in the structure of the national economy and in the specific legislation in force.
