MOLDAGROTECH, FARMER international specialized exhibitions to be staged in Moldova this week

Chisinau, 11 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Agriculture and Food Industry Ministry (MAIA) today informed that a new issue of the international specialized exhibition of machines, equipment and technologies for the agro-industrial complex MOLDAGROTECH (autumn edition) and international specialized exhibition of agricultural products, equipment, technologies and trades FARMER will be held on 13-16 October.   

The exhibitions’ goal is to contribute to the development of the farming sector, through facilitating the producer-consumer relation, to identification of new sales markets and solutions in the conditions of work. Advanced agricultural technology will be displayed at the event, in order to carry out the technological process in the present climate conditions and developing the business in Moldova’s agro-industrial complex, as well as the local products and services in the field. The events are also set to provide a platform of efficient communication and exchange of experiences, between agricultural producers, in order to increase the profits and practice agriculture, including to provide opportunities of promoting the competitiveness and establish contacts with potential partners of Moldova and from abroad.  

In the context of the pandemic restrictions as to the number of participants in events, about 50 companies of agricultural technology from Belarus, Italy, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine will participate in the exhibition this year. 

The international specialized exhibitions are organized by the Moldexpo International Exhibitions Centre, in cooperation with MAIA and the National Farmers’ Federation of Moldova.
