Winners in third stage of Tax Lottery contest nominated

Chisinau, 29 October /MOLDPRES/- The State Tax Service (SFS) organized on 21 October drawing of winners in the third edition of the Fiscal Lottery contest, held on 1 July -30 September. 175 winners have been nominated and will receive prizes worth one thousand lei each, and the list of winners can be accessed on the institution's website.

During the third stage, 14,276,936 transactions with bank cards participated, in a total amount of 4,183,438,627 lei, the information was received from the licensed commercial banks issuing from the Republic of Moldova.

"The winning transactions are selected from the total number of transactions participating in the Fiscal Lottery contest randomly, automatically, based on the transactions made with the bank card, through the Random.org platform", SFS said.

The lottery is attended by private people who have reached the age of 18, holders of a bank card issued by a licensed commercial bank issuing from the Republic of Moldova, who have performed transactions for payment of goods / services according to the rules of the lottery. The lottery takes place annually throughout the country from 1 January - 31 December.

The SFS supports the measures to reduce the number in the national economy and urges the citizens to make the payments with the card, thus participating in the Fiscal Lottery contest.
