Presidency donates furniture, equipment to several vocational schools in Moldova

Chisinau, 9 November /MOLDPRES/- Several technical vocational education institutions in the country have got furniture and technical equipment from the Presidency for the provision of practical training workshops in trades and specialties in public alimentation, the presidential press service has reported.

Thus, the Center of Excellence in Food Services and Processing in Bălți, Bubuieci Vocational School, Causeni Vocational School and Vocational School in Ceadâr-Lunga completed their practical training workshops for future chefs, bakers, confectioners and waiters. About 700 students will benefit from better conditions for the development of professional skills. Pro Succes High School in Chisinau, known for promoting the educational inclusion of students with special educational needs, also benefits from donations. The institution will set up a canteen for students in the new headquarters.

The furniture and technical equipment was bought two years ago for the canteen of the Presidency, but, after the recent reassessment of the needs of the presidential institution, it was found that it cannot be used in the building for technical reasons.
