Moldovans immunized abroad can register certificate in national electronic vaccination system

Chisinau, 10 November /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova’s citizens who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the EU member countries can register the certificate in the national electronic vaccination system and to download, verify online the COVID Certificate valid in Moldova and abroad.

According to the Health Ministry’s leadership, the record of the coverage with vaccines will be improved in this way. Also, the goal is to adjust the international certificates with the national ones of anti-COVID-19 vaccination and to give all citizens possibility to administer the second dose in Moldova.  

To load the vaccination certificate released by any EU member state in Moldova’s information system, citizens must access the platform: www.certificate-covid.gov, and select the key, Download the COVID-19 certificate from abroad section. Also, the loading link can be got by accessing the platform www.vaccinare.gov.md, section Download COVID-19 Certificate or www.ansp.md, section COVID-19 Certificate.    

To verify, authenticate the vaccination certificate, the QR code will be positioned in the radius of action of the video camera. After the scanning, the data contained in the certificate issued abroad could be visualized. Subsequently, several obligatory spaces will have to be filled: IDNP, name of the district/municipality, settlement and medical institution, according to the residence address in Moldova. After the process is finished, the key Save will be selected. Once the homologation procedure is successfully carried out, the COVID-19 certificate could be downloaded or verified.        

Health Ministry’s (MS) statistics shows that 893,013 people have made the full scheme of vaccination in Moldova since the beginning of the vaccination campaign.
