Voters urged to check correctness of electoral lists for new local elections

Chisinau, 11 November /MOLDPRES/- The Central Electoral Commission is urging citizens with the right to vote, who will run in the new local elections on 21 November, to verify the accuracy of the information on the electoral rolls.

The verification can be performed on the official website of the Commission www.cec.md, by accessing the button Check yourself in the State Register of Voters and on verifica.cec.md.

At the same time, the lists can be checked in the premises of the polling stations. Based on the proving documents, the voter can request the inclusion or exclusion from the electoral list, as well as the correction of the errors committed when entering the data about himself or about other voters.

Voters can verify the correctness of drawing up the electoral lists by November 20 this year.

On November 21, 2021, new local elections will take place in 15 constituencies.
