Chisinau, 12 November /MOLDPRES/- The Government decision, according to which the employees with reduced activity regime will be able to benefit from state aid, in the context of the changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, was published in the Official Jourbal on 12 November.

According to the decision, the National Employment Agency, through the territorial subdivisions, will examine the applications submitted by employers through the one-stop shop for electronic reporting - raportare.gov.md, and the aid will be paid directly to employers.

The amount of aid per day may be set at up to 50% of the average daily wage forecast for the current year. For the payment of these benefits, in 2021, the state budget provided financial means in the amount of about 22 million lei.

The aim of the project is to help maintain the activity of economic agents in times of socio-economic crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic or other exceptional situations.
