Moldovan MPs to convene at plenary meetings on 3, 6 December

Chisinau, 2 December /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs will convene at plenary meetings on 3 and 6 December. The parliament’s standing bureau approved the agenda of these meetings today.
On 3 December, the lawmakers are to consider, in the second reading, more initiatives, among which the draft law on the amendment of the sea navigation code and the draft law on the investigation of accidents and incidents in transports.
The agenda also includes two drafts for the ratification of amendments to the agreement on loan between Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Also, the parliament will examine a draft law for the ratification of the Protocol between the governments of Moldova and Ukraine.
The MPs will also consider a draft law on the amnesty, in connection with the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of Moldova’s Independence and will re-examine the strategy on ensuring the independence and integrity of the justice sector for 2021-2024 and the action plan for its implementation. .
At the same time, the agenda was completed with drafts proposed by parliament’s standing commissions. Thus, the lawmakers will examine more draft decisions for the appointment to office of two deputy governors of the National Bank of Moldova, of the candidates for the office of member of the Audiovisual Council and of the director general of the national public provider of media service, Teleradio-Moldova Company.
