Regulation on consideration of applications on pardon to be amended in Moldova

Chisinau, 6 December /MOLDPRES/ - The presidential institution today informed that it started the process of amendment of the regulation on the consideration of the applications on pardon and giving individual pardon to convicts.

According to the quoted source, decision-makers initiated the process of working out of a draft decree for the amendment of the Decree No 1646/2000 on the approval of the regulation on the consideration of the applications on pardon and giving individual pardon to convicts.

In the context, the Presidential Administration requests the involvement of all people interested through the submission of proposals to the following emails: [email protected] and [email protected].

The term for submitting proposals is 30 days.
