Customs reported record revenue for December

Chisinau, 27 Dec. / MOLDPRES / -On December 20-26, the Customs Service's revenue recorded a record figure of about 839 million lei so far, up by 141.7% compared to amount planned for this period.

Since the beginning of December, the Customs Service has collected 2.5 billion lei from the state budget, an attestation of 23.2% compared to the revenues from the corresponding period of 2020.

Last week, 12,243 customs declarations were made, and the most frequented customs posts remain Leuseni and Sculeni, with 16,425 and 8,751 crossings, respectively.
