Chisinau city hall wants to become most transparent institution

Chisinau, January 5 / MOLDPRES /- Chisinau city hall will initiate, where appropriate, service investigations based on journalistic investigations.

Mayor Ion Ceban asked the deputy mayors to consider journalistic investigations related to the activity of municipal institutions and to initiate in turn service investigations, where appropriate.

According to the official, the municipality is not afraid of journalists or the investigations carried out by them and will collaborate with the press to ensure the total transparency of municipal institutions. "I want Chisinau City Hall to become the most transparent institution in the Republic of Moldova, we will also collaborate with journalists to achieve this," Ceban said.

He also mentioned that these days he is in self-isolation due to the fact that several members of his family became ill with coronavirus.
