ICR Chisinau to organize several events on Culture Day

Chisinau, January 13 / MOLDPRES /- On the 172nd anniversary of the birth of National Poet Mihai Eminescu and the marking of the National Culture Day, on January 15, the Romanian Embassy in Moldova and the Romanian Cultural Institute Mihai Eminescu in Chisinau will organize a lot of cultural events.

On January 14 and 15, the Romanian Cultural Institute Mihai Eminescu in Chisinau in collaboration with the National Library of the Republic of Moldova and the Municipal Library B. P. Hasdeu from Chisinau will organize a lot of events. During the events, the volumes Contemporary European Poetry, anthology by Valeriu Stancu, translated by Valeriu Stancu and Maria Stancu will be presented etc.

Participants in book launches and lectures: Victor Durnea, Valeriu Stancu, Lucia Cireș, Maria Stancu, acad. Mihai Cimpoi, Nina Corcinschi, Ion Negrei, Alexandru Burlacu. Also here will be a folk music concert with lyrics by Mihai Eminescu, performed by the songwriters: Maria Mocanu, Anatol Rudei and Victor Buruiană, as well as a poetry recital by students of the Mihai Eminescu High School in Chisinau. The event will take place at the Municipal Library B. P. Hasdeu on January 15, at 3 p.m. Participating artists: Maria Mocanu, Anatol Rudei, Victor Buruiană. Free entrance.
