Moldovan deputy premier to visit Brussels

Chisinau, January 22 / MOLDPRES /- Head of the diplomacy of the Republic of Moldova Nicu Popescu will pay a working visit to Brussels on January 24-25. During the visit, the priorities for cooperation with NATO will be discussed, as well as issues aimed at strengthening the political dialogue with the European Union, the MAEIE press service has reported.
During the program, the official will meet with Mircea Geoana, Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Stefano Sannino, Secretary General of the European External Action Service and other representatives of the European institutions.
The official will also meet with David McAllister, chairman of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, Romanian MEPs Dragoș Tudorache, European Parliament rapporteur for the Republic of Moldova, Renew Europe Group Vice-President and Siegried Mureșan, President of the EU-Moldova Parliamentary Association Committee , vice-president of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats) group and other MEPs - representatives of various parliamentary groups.
