Moldovan MPs to convene at first plenary meeting of 2022 spring session

Chisinau, 2 February /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament of the 11th legislative period will hold the first plenary of the 2022 spring-summer ordinary session on 3 February.
Under a decision by the parliament’s standing bureau, the lawmakers are to discuss and approve more appointments, including of the director of the National Anticorruption Centre and Ombudsman, a member of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP), as well as of the deputy director of the National Centre for Personal Data Protection.
The MPs will consider in the final reading the draft code of railway transport and the amendment of the law on electric energy. A string of other drafts will be discussed in the first reading.
