People immunized with Janssen, vaccinated with booster, must repeatedly download COVID certificate

Chisinau, 17 February /MOLDPRES/ - The citizens who have administered the booster dose, and have the primary scheme with the Janssen vaccine, must repeatedly download the COVID certificate.

According to data by the Health Ministry (MS), the people who administered the booster dose and have the primary scheme with the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine, should repeatedly download the certificate. The holders of COVID certificates will thus get the modified variant and accepted by the EU authorities.

In late December 2021, the European Commission adapted the norms of codification of the second doses in the vaccination certificates, in order to make sure that difference can be made between the vaccination certificates showing the finishing of the first dose and the vaccination certificates issued following the administration of the second dose.

So far, 2,018,036 doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Moldova so far.
