Section for refugees created on official webpage of Moldova's Education and Research Ministry

Chisinau, 23 March /MOLDPRES/ - The Education and Research Ministry (MEC) of Moldova today informed that a new section titled, To support children and young people from Ukraine, had been created on the institution’s official webpage.   

According to the quoted source, the action’s goal is to facilitate the access to information of the people asking to be included in Moldova’s education system. One may find here also useful resources recommended by MEC for the professional assistance of the people in charge of ensuring access to education for the children and young people from the families of refugees from Ukraine.   

MEC’s data shows that 253 primary and secondary education institutions from Moldova provide opportunities of inclusion in the education system of the children from the families of Ukrainian refugees. As many as 983 pupils have been included in 170 general education institutions from Moldova so far.
