As many as 23 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova

Chisinau, 4 April /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 1,034 tests have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 23 new cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed. 7 out of the new cases are import ones. Thus, 514,222 COVID cases have been recorded in Moldova so far.

As many as 277 people confirmed with COVID-19 are hospitalized in all, of whom 36 are in extremely serious condition and 3 patients are subjected to mechanical ventilation.

In the context, 1,196 persons are treated at home with light and moderate forms of coronavirus and 1,874 are under supervision at home.

Another 185 people have been treated. As many as 500,267 people were treated of COVID-19 in all.

At the same time, MS informs about the registration of 3 new deaths triggered by the new-type coronavirus and 11,449 people have died of COVID-19 in all.
