Chisinau, 5 April /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita and the diplomacy heads from Germany, France and Romania today in Berlin discussed the need to mobilize foreign assistance for the management of the humanitarian crisis in Moldova. The PM expressed gratitude to the European partners for the supply of humanitarian assistance, in the context of the flow of refugees who came to Moldova from Ukraine. The prime minister also thanked for the organization of the Moldova Support Platform Donor Conference. Natalia Gavrilita stressed that she relied on tangible results and concrete decisions, approved in the interest of the people from Moldova, who are expecting the overcoming of crises and continuation of the European integration process.

„Despite the difficulties existing for the moment, we are resolute to follow our agenda of creation of a modern European state. The consolidation of the good governance, reestablishment of the rule of law state, the fight against corruption and the enhancement of the economic resilience are part of our priorities. We understand that the process of accession to EU is a long one, needs deep transformations and this requires as much as possible support on behalf of the EU member states,’’ Natalia Gavrilita said.

The prime minister emphasized the most vulnerable sectors on which efforts of significant investments and key interventions are to be focused, in order to ensure the stability and reduce the sectoral risks, such as the energy efficiency and security of the supply with energy, financing the private sector, especially for the small- and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring the food security, edifying the resistance to the hybrid threats and enhancement of the social resistance.

For their part, the foreign affairs ministers from Germany, France and Romania said their countries would stay with Moldova, both on the period of the crises triggered by the war and in the European integration process, backing the country’s efforts in the reformation of the key fields.
