United States donated batch of equipment to Interior Ministry

Chisinau, 7 April /MOLDPRES/- The Interior Ministry received today a batch of equipment from the Embassy of the United States of America. It includes 12 monitors, 5 laptops, 2 Smart TV units, 40 USB Flash Drive units.

Attending the event were Secretary General of the Interior Ministry Serghei Diaconu and Director of the Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Section of the US Embassy in Moldova Brett Rose.

"I assure you that the technique will be used in the best possible way and I am convinced that this donation will strengthen the capacities of the National Center for Integrated Coordination of Public Order Actions. The United States has always been a reliable partner for the Department of the Interior. Undoubtedly, this support underlines the friendship established between us and your openness to further support the modernization and digitization of the activity of the MAI subdivisions ", said Diaconu.

"We are happy to support the ministry's efforts in managing this crisis. We stand by you and you will receive constant support from us for the benefit and safety of our people, ”said Brett Rose.

The batch is for the National Center for Integrated Coordination of Public Order Actions, subordinated to the Operational Management Inspectorate of the Ministry of Interior. The value of the donation is about $ 10,000.
