Number of CNPF members to be reduced

Chisinau, 5 May /MOLDPRES/- National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) will be reformed by reducing the number of members of its Board of Directors.
According to the draft, the new structure and composition of the Board of Directors will be composed of a director general and two directors. Therefore, decisions will be taken by a quorum of at least two directors out of three.
In the current form of organization, the Board of Directors of CNPF has five members, including the president.
