Europe Day event held in Parliament with participation of children

Chisinau, May 9 / MOLDPRES /- Children of Moldovan MPs, employees of the Parliament's Secretariat and children from the Moldexpo Refugee Sorting Center took part in the Europe Day celebration, which took place today in front of the legislative institution.

Through games, sports competitions, dances and songs, the children celebrated peace.

They admired the show about peace presented by the deputy Marcela Nistor, and later they drew peace on the plateau in front of the Parliament building as they see it - through flowers, sun, pigeons, through serene colors that awaken joy and love.

The children received several surprises and gifts offered by the parliamentary institution.

Following the activities dedicated to Europe Day, on the evening of May 9, the Parliament building will be festively lit in the colors of the European Union flag.
