Moldovan president meets French delegation

Chisinau, 17 May /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu met today with a delegation of the parliamentary friendship group France-Moldova of the French Senate, on a working visit to Chisinau, the presidential press service has reported.

Maia Sandu thanked France for the support over the years, as well as the assistance for the current refugee crisis. Also, the official said that we rely on France support for the European path. The French delegation's members voiced support for Moldova's European agenda and the authorities' determination to carry out reforms. As regards the bilateral cooperation, they approached the sanitary and agicultural sectors, as well as projects for supporting Francophonie as sectors of interest.
