Moldovan, Georgian premiers discuss Moldova's European agenda

Chisinau, 24 May /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita has had a meeting with Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili, within the Davos World Economic Forum. This year, the countries mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The officials exchanged opinions on the European integration of the two countries.

In discussions, Natalia Gavrilita said that the getting of the status of country candidate was a priority for the Moldovan government and the authorities would further make efforts, in order to achieve the European integration goal, based on the principle of meritocracy.
