Agenda of cultural events in Moldova for 26-27 May

Chisinau, 25 May /MOLDPRES/ - The B.P. Hasdeu Municipal Library from Chisinau on 27 May at 15:00 will host a concert in the name of peace titled, Let Millions of Children Sing. The event’s protagonists are composer Eugen Doga and writer Viorica Covalschi.

The concert is part of the events dedicated to the Eugen Doga Cultural Year and its goal is to bring to the forefront the works by composer Eugen Doga, who turned 85 years this year, and writer for children Viorica Covalschi.

On 26 May at 18:00, Ana Strezeva will give an organ recital at the Organ Hall. The programme includes works by J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart and F. Mendelssohn-Bartholdy.

The play, A Man Came to a Woman, by S. Zlotnikov, stage management of Iosif Sat, will be presented at the A.P. Chekhov Russian State Dramatic Theatre on 27 May at 18:30.
