Moldova's Public Services Agency says number of online applications registers considerable increase

Chisinau, 26 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Public Services Agency (ASP) today informed that it had registered a considerable increase in the share of applications for the issuance/extension/re-processing of licences submitted by economic agents online. The figure of increase is from about 20 per cent during the last year till over 45 per cent in the last two months of reporting (March-April 2022).

According to the institution, the applications are submitted online through the automated information system of management and issuance of permissive acts (SIA GEAP), launched in 2018, without the need for the economic agents to move to the desks of the ASP subdivisions.

The Public Services Agency recommends that the applicants for licence submit the applications online for the management of the permissive acts through the platform of governmental services, by accessing the webpage www.servicii.gov.md, as well as directly through the platform of the single desk for the management of permissive acts, on the webpage www.actpermisiv.gov.md, in non-stop regime 24/24, from any computer or mobile device.
