Rains, unstable weather expected in Moldova in last week-end of May

Chisinau, 27 May /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has forecast thunderstorm rains and variable air temperatures for the next week-end, the last one of this spring.  

According to meteorologists, on 28 May, thunderstorm rains are expected all over Moldova, heavy ones with hail in some regions. The air temperatures will increase up to +29 Celsius degrees during the day and will oscillate between +10 and +15 degrees at night. The southern wind will be light to moderate, gusting to 15-20 metres/second during the thunderstorm rains. As usual, lower air temperatures are forecast in the northern regions.  

The weather will cool on 29 May and the day-time air temperatures will not exceed +23 degrees. At night, the same air temperatures are to be recorded. The rains will continue, but more in the southern regions.    

The rainy weather is expected in places in early next week too; yet, on the first days of June, the maximal air temperatures will grow up to +34 degrees.
