Moldovan parliament speaker has more meetings with new ambassadors accredited to Moldova

Chisinau, 11 June /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu earlier this week had more meetings with the new ambassadors accreted in Moldova. The speaker met Bucharest-based Ambassador of Serbia Stefan Tomašević, Ambassador of Georgia Levan Diasamidze and Ambassador of Slovakia Pavol Ivan, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.
At the meetings, the speaker discussed the latest developments in the region and their impact on Moldova, the effort of the neighbouring countries to help the Ukrainian refugees, as well as other up-to-date issues. A priority subject of the discussions with the new ambassadors was Moldova’s European integration and the authorities’ determination to implement the process of domestic reforms.
The parliament speaker wished the ambassadors success in their diplomatic work and an as fruitful as possible cooperation for the benefit of everybody.
