New local elections to be held in village of Causeni district of Moldova

Chisinau, 15 June /MOLDPRES/ - New local elections will be organized in the Salcuta village, south-eastern Causeni district, on 16 October 2022. The members of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) was approved today.

According to CEC, the ceasing of the mandate of mayor before term came about because of the mayor’s death.

Also at the today’s meeting, the Commission members gave more mandates of councilor in the local councils from Moldova.
