New head of Green Spaces company appointed

Chisinau, June 20 / MOLDPRES /- Victoria Covali has been appointed head of the municipal enterprise Green Spaces. Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban made the statement today at the operative meeting of the municipal services.

The mayor introduced the new management of the company to the team and wished him success in his subsequent activity. "Mrs. Victoria is a professional in the field and I hope that thanks to her support we will achieve positive results in the activity of the institution", said Ion Ceban.

The head of Green Spaces mentioned that together with the team will work to achieve positive results in the led sector. "Green spaces should be the business card of the city. At present, this sector has a lot of arrears. Therefore, we will strive to solve the pressing issues including: irrigation systems and tree cleaning / deforestation. I count on the support of the team, because only in the team can we achieve new performances ", Victoria Covali said.

The new head previously worked at Botanica Garden in the capital and within the Moldsilva agency.

The former management of the municipal enterprise Green Spaces was suspended in May, following the death of a one-year-old girl, who was hit by a branch in Alunelul Park in the capital.
