Moldovan president has phone conversation with Prime Minister of Estonia

Chisinau, June 23 / MOLDPRES /- President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu spoke on Wednesday with Prime Minister of Estonia Kaja Kallas.
According to the presidential press service, the discussion focused on the meeting of the European Council, due on June 23-24, as well as the recommendation of the European Commission to grant EU candidate status for our country.
The head of state voiced confidence that the European aspirations of our country will deepen the good bilateral cooperation. Maia Sandu also thanked the Tallinn authorities for supporting Moldova's European path and noted that we continue to rely on support within the European Union.
