Low cost operator to resume flights to, from Chisinau

Chisinau, June 24 / MOLDPRES /- Wizz Air announced it will reopen its base in Chisinau in September and 16 flights to and from the capital of the Republic of Moldova will resume.

The low cost operator announced today the resumption of the 16 flights operated from and to Chisinau, as well as the increase of flight frequencies on three routes already operated - to Bologna, Bergamo and London Luton.

"We support the efforts of airlines to return to flights operated to and from Chisinau International Airport, especially in the context of the effects of the pandemic, as well as the war in the region.
