Moldovan parliament's standing bureau approves agenda of last plenary meetings from 2022 spring session

Chisinau, 20 July /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament is to consider a number of 45 draft legislative acts at the last plenary meetings of the current spring session. The parliament’s standing bureau approved the agenda of the plenary meetings for 21-29 July.     

The meetings’ agenda include, for adoption, the draft law on the fund for reducing the energy vulnerability and amendments to the measures of implementation of the First Home state programme. The MPs will propose for adoption also a legislative initiative on the providing of fiscal and customs facilities to the Moldovan citizens who return to live in Moldova. The lawmakers are to examine, in the second reading, the draft law on animal husbandry, the draft law on industrial emissions, the draft law on copyright and related rights, amendments to the Labour Code, Criminal Code and Land Code.      

The MPs will consider, in the first reading, the draft Electoral Code of Moldova and the draft on amendment of the law on Ombudsman. Also in the first reading, the parliament’s agenda comprises the draft law on the prevention of the food loss and squandering, as well as amendments to the law on capital market and the law on the identity acts from the national passports system.    

On this period, the MPs will also hear the activity report of the National Anticorruption Centre for 2021 and the Central Electoral Commission’s report for the last year on the financing of political parties and electoral campaigns. The lawmakers will also approve the draft decision on the ceasing of the mandate of director of the administrative board of the National Energy Regulatory Agency of Octavian Calmic.
