Peasant farms to be registered at Public Services Agency of Moldova

Chisinau, 25 July /MOLDPRES/ - The peasant farms from Moldova will be registered at the Public Services Agency (ASP); a legislative initiative to this effect was approved by the cabinet today. The document is meant to improve the related framework of regulation of the state registration of the peasant farms, such as the certificate of the fact of foundation, reorganization, liquidation, suspension or resumption of their activity, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.      

According to the cabinet’s notification, the peasant farms will have more options of registration. Besides the ASP territorial subdivisions, applicants will be able to submit the registration documents also to the desk of the settlement’s mayoralty. The acts will be submitted on paper or in electronic format.  

ASP will have 43 territorial subdivisions and 17 unified centres for providing public services (CUPS), through which it can ensure the providing of quality services to the applicants, including as regards the registration of peasant farms.
