About 40 Moldovan policemen denounce cases of corruption attempts

Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - About 40 policemen denounced cases regarding corrupting attempts in the first half of 2022. Data to this effect was presented within a campaign titled, Denounce! Your Attitude Matters!, organized by the General Police Inspectorate (IGP).

According to IGP, the initiative’s goal is to inform citizens and police employees about the importance to denounce the corruption acts.

Over 1,000 IGP employees were trained within the campaign. At the same time, law-enforcers presented to citizens information on the procedures and mechanisms of prevention and reporting of corruption cases.

The campaign, Denounce! Your Attitude Matters!, is carried out in more settlements of Moldova in May-July.
