Prices for petrol, diesel to decrease in continuation in Moldova

Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) continues to set lower prices for fuels. For 27 July, the maximal selling retail prices for the standard-type oil products will be: 28.376 lei/litre for COR 95 petrol (-0.32 lei); 27.78 lei/litre – for standards diesel (-0.22 lei).

„Thus, petrol price has got to be lower by 5.53 lei and the one for diesel – by 4.68 lei less against the maximal values registered in June 2022.

According to the Agency, the pace of decreases recorded in international transactions the last weeks is showed directly in calculations made by ANRE, in accordance with the law on oil products market and the Methodology approved.

The Agency assures consumers that the present mechanism of formation of prices for the principal standard-type oil products generates correct and transparent prices and they are influenced exclusively by the developments on the international market.
