Chisinau, 28 July /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today adopted a draft law, through which the increase in the interest rate on the active loans within the First Home state programme is capped. The increase of the interest rate will not exceed four percentage points for six months in a row and six percentage points during 12 consecutive months.
The draft was worked out by the government, in order to attenuate the negative effects of the increase in the reference index at the establishing of the maximal interest rate for the First Home programme.
