Over 200 projects to be implemented within European Village Programme in central Moldova

Chisinau, 29 July /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 211 projects will be implemented in the central region of Moldova, within the European Village Programme. Deputy Prime Minister, Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Andrei Spinu made statements to this effect on 28 July.

A number of 492 projects on local development worth over two billion lei in all will be implemented within the European Village national programme. The contest for the selection of projects was held in March-April 2022 and 728 files on participation were submitted. The government on 22 July approved the inclusion of winner plans in the list of priority projects on local development, for financing from sources of the national fund on regional and local development on the period 2022-2023.
